CAREhER Terms of Service
Regardless of the physical location of individual users, these terms and conditions apply to all members or visitors (referred to as "users" or "you") accessing CAREhER (referred to as "CAREhER," "us," "our"). By continuing to use the services provided by CAREhER, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any or all of these terms and conditions, you should immediately cease using the services offered by CAREhER. Prior to using CAREhER's services, please also review our Privacy Policy.
Regardless of whether the user is a visitor or a member, they can browse the content on careher.net. However, only registered users can make purchases and enjoy the services provided by CAREhER. Visitors can create an account on CAREhER by entering their email or using their existing Google or Facebook accounts for login. Users should not use false information when creating their account names. This includes, but is not limited to, using other people's names, using offensive words or phrases, using any racially discriminatory language, or using any text that may harm or infringe upon the rights of others. If such incidents occur, CAREhER reserves the right to terminate the services associated with the account. After creating an account but prior to purchasing any courses (upon product purchase, following the terms of the agreement) users should note the following: Members should ensure the security of their account and password,
Members should not share or lend their account and password to others, If unauthorized use of account is discovered, please notify CAREhER immediately. CAREhER will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to accounts or passwords due to hacking or negligence.
The personal data provided by users and other relevant information stored and used by CAREhER will be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and CAREhER's Privacy Policy.
Any text, documents, videos, photos (including user photos), images, audio, music works, creative works, or any other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") uploaded, posted, emailed, or otherwise transmitted through CAREhER services, whether publicly or privately, is the sole responsibility of the content provider. CAREhER shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized content uploaded by any member. Users are strictly prohibited from downloading, reproducing, publicly transmitting, reselling, publicly displaying, sharing, or using CAREhER and its content without the prior consent of CAREhER. Users who violate the aforementioned provisions will be solely responsible for any legal liability arising from such infringement.
CAREhER will issue and send an invoice to the user upon their purchase of activities or membership.
However, if the user purchases courses outside of Taiwan, they may be exempt from receiving an invoice according to the tax laws of the Republic of China.
CAREhER may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled by CAREhER. As CAREhER has no control over these websites and resources, users are advised to review the terms of use and privacy policies of these third-party websites before using them.
The user commits not to use this service for any illegal purposes or in any unlawful manner, and undertakes to comply with the relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and all international practices for using the Internet. If the user is located outside the Republic of China (Taiwan), they agree to comply with the laws and regulations of their respective country or region. The user agrees and warrants not to engage in any activities through this service that infringe upon the rights of others or violate any laws.
Users agree that CAREhER may, at its discretion, expand, reduce, modify, or terminate the scope, items, or content of the services provided by CAREhER based on business needs and practical circumstances without prior notice to the members.
Users agree that CAREhER may, based on the actual execution circumstances, add, modify, or terminate related activities and choose the most appropriate way to inform users.
Users agree that CAREhER may periodically send newsletters or product information (EDM) to the email account registered by the user. If a user indicates refusal to receive marketing messages upon receiving such communications, CAREhER will cease further marketing communications.
