Refund Policy
If you have successfully made the payment for the event but are unable to attend due to personal reasons, you have the option to request a refund or exchange your ticket for an equivalent voucher valid within the next six months.
If you are unable to attend the event due to personal reasons after successfully making the payment, please notify CAREhER through private message on the CAREhER Facebook page at least 7 days prior to the event date (e.g., for an event on January 7th, please notify us no later than January 1st, 23:59). A handling fee of 2.5% + 10 NTD will be deducted from the ticket price.
Refund requests made within 7 days (including the 7th day) of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are unable to attend the event due to personal reasons after successfully making the payment, please notify CAREhER through private message on the CAREhER Facebook page at least 3 days prior to the event date (e.g., for an event on January 3rd, please notify us no later than January 1st, 23:59). The ticket purchaser will have the option to exchange their ticket for a future event within the next 6 months, up to the equivalent ticket value.
Refund requests made within 3 days (including the 3rd day) of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as event postponement or other factors beyond our control, the applicable refund and exchange policies will be announced accordingly.
Once we have received the updated refund information from you, we will process the refund within 7-10 working days. Once the refund is completed, we will notify you via email, and you can check your bank account for the refund.
